MyData Solution

Every Trivore ID deployment includes basic GDPR self-service data access: a user can view and download the personal data Trivore ID itself holds about them. The MyData Solution is an optional, organisation-wide extension of that capability — instead of being limited to Trivore ID's own data, it aggregates Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from any number of an organisation's back-end systems (legacy or modern) into the same self-service view.

Because it depends on integrating with those back-end systems, the MyData Solution requires planning and is available on request — contact sales or support if you're interested in it. Once integrated, it can also expose the aggregated data over REST endpoints, for use by a custom external website or application, in addition to the built-in self-service view.

Architecture

The MyData Solution is built around the Trivore Integration Platform, which connects to Trivore ID and to the organisation's back-end systems. A background data collector periodically gathers pending data packages, queries each configured back-end system for its portion of the data, and assembles the results before making them available for download through the same self-service view used for Trivore ID's own data.
